Refund Policy

Failed orders — automatic full refund
If you pay for a registration, renewal or transfer and we cannot complete it with the registry after automatic retries, the full amount is refunded without you having to ask: wallet payments are credited back to your wallet immediately, card/UPI payments are refunded to the original payment method (typically visible within 5–7 business days).
Completed domain orders
Once a domain is successfully registered, renewed or transferred, the registry charges us irreversibly, so these orders are non-refundable. Please check spelling and TLD carefully before paying. Failed inbound transfers (for example, rejected by your old registrar) are refunded in full.
Mailbox subscriptions
Mailbox seats are billed monthly. Cancelling a mailbox stops future billing for that seat; the current month is not refunded pro-rata. If a mailbox could not be provisioned at all, that seat is not charged — contact support if you believe you were billed for a seat that never worked.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet credits are intended to be spent on services. An unused wallet balance can be refunded to the original payment method on request — write to support@silo.name from your account email.
How to reach us
