Yes, both. Transferring in includes a 1-year extension and is priced per TLD (shown before checkout). Transferring out is free: unlock the domain and request the EPP code from the domain page, and it's emailed to you.

Auto-renewal is optional and can be toggled per domain. When it's on, we renew from your wallet balance about 15 days before expiry and email you if the balance needs a top-up.

Real inboxes. Each mailbox is a genuine Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seat with full IMAP, SMTP and web access — not a forwarding alias.

Both offer excellent deliverability. Pick Google Workspace for Gmail-based workflows, or Microsoft 365 for Outlook/Exchange. You can run a mix.

Automatically. The seat is created on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 the moment you add a mailbox — no manual setup on your side.

Yes. Mailboxes are billed monthly per seat and can be cancelled at any time — billing for that seat stops with the current cycle.

Domains are one-time yearly payments (register, renew, transfer). Mailboxes are a monthly subscription per seat that adjusts automatically as you add or remove mailboxes. The wallet is a prepaid balance that pays at checkout and funds auto-renewals.

All invoices are in the Billing dashboard with sequential invoice numbers, GST breakdown where applicable, and a print/PDF option.
