Both offer excellent deliverability. Pick Google Workspace for Gmail-based workflows, or Microsoft 365 for Outlook/Exchange. You can run a mix.

Automatically. We create the seat (and, for Microsoft, the customer and order) through the reseller APIs the moment you add a mailbox.

Yes. Mailboxes are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, with proration applied.
